WHAT IS A PERSONALIZED CRYSTAL SHOPPING SESSION?
You are purchasing a block of time with an experienced crystal guru to help you hand select crystals. Personal crystal sessions allow you to look at our extensive inventory by yourself and not in a group of people like during a "LIVE" sale.
IMPORTANT: WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS MY APPOINTMENT?
We reserve the right to not reschedule your appt and there is NO REFUND. You are purchasing a block of our time and we are setting this aside for just YOU. If you do not use your time it is gone as we were not able to use that time for another customer.
HOW DOES A SESSION WORK?
Once we determine a date and time for your session we'll have a "pre-chat" to determine what crystals you are looking for or areas you are working on. This allows us to be prepared and not waste any of your time.
At your appointment time we'll connect via zoom, facetime or skype and go through the crystals.
HOW MUCH DOES A PRIVATE SESSION COST?
We have options from $75 to $225. The cost of the session will be applied to the crystals you are purchasing. Adding to your session time may or may not be possible depending on other appointment. We will try to accommodate all extension requests if possible.
HOW DO THE CRYSTAL BUCKS WORK?
The cost of the session will be applied to the crystals you are purchasing. The session cost is your shopping minimum, no refunds on the session cost.
- For example, if you purchase the $75 session you will receive $75 in crystal credits to be used while you are shopping. If you pick out $100 in crystals you will be responsible for the extra $25 plus any applicable taxes.
- Crystal Bucks should be used during the session.
WHAT IS THE SHIPPING CHARGE?
- The 30 min and 1 hour session includes shipping up to what will fit in a LARGE PRIORITY BOX. Any extra items after will be billed at shipping cost.
- The 1.5 hour session includes shipping up to what will fit in 2 LARGE PRIORITY BOXES. Any extra items after will be billed at shipping cost.
NEED TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT?
We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling your appointment with 24 hour notice.
Rescheduling within less than 24 hr notice requires a $60 reschedule fee.
WHO AM I SHOPPING WITH?
Your appointment will be with our co-owner and crystal guru Kelly. Kelly is a certified Crystal Practitioner, Master Grid Builder, Crystal Healer, Aromatherapist and Reiki Master. She is also a registered holistic health practitioner and registered metaphysician.
We have an extensive inventory that includes tumbled stones, palms stones, hearts, spheres, pyramids, eggs, rough stones, orgonite, stones on pins, towers, cubes, angels, free points, polished points, clusters, jewelry, cabs. No beads.
RETURN POLICY: We do not accept returns on this item. You are buying 30 mins to 1.5 hours of time with a crystal guru.
